Here's what i wore on the 27th of July for my last presentation for the semester. My mum got me that top and i love it. Quite some time ago, black was a mandatory colour in my wardrobe. Most of my tops were black. My late uncle always told me to ditch the black from my wardrobe and opt for something more colourful. So, i tried blue and i love it. I always thought that i couldn't pull off bright colours as such, but hey! It looks fine. Long story short, here's my #ootd!
My buddy and i celebrated the day with a meal at 18 Chefs and a movie.

The day i decided to dig into my brother's closet.
I have 3 brothers and i'm thankful for that. Their wardrobe is amazing. So, here's my take on the whole "Rock-chic" thing going on. I love skater-skirts. They're the most comfiest and easiest to pull-off! You could go girly with it if you were to wear a tight fitting blouse or you could go tomboy-ish with a baggy shirt!

I've never been comfortable walking in heels. There was this one time where i fell in public, at Suntec City to be precise. I fell and got laughed at. So, ever since then, i never wore heels, unless it was for a presentation. Even if that was the case, i'd wear it for a while and i'll be back onto flats. But, lately i've been really intrigued with the idea of walking in heels. I'm not going to grow any taller, so why not embrace the fact that i'd have to invest in some part of the materialistic world to seem vertically enhanced? I'll bid goodbye to the dreams of being as tall as Chanel Iman and Bambi.
I got platforms instead. I'm not ready for heels. No, not yet. Spare me.

So, i hate wearing shorts. I have thick thighs and i'm still losing the weight i put on the last year. For now, i'll use these stockings to hide my fats.
Anyway, how about dressing like we live in London for the rest of the school term? I wouldn't mind! But, hey, who am i kidding. Fedoras and lace shorts are lovely and applicable to any country and weather.
